Norra Coffee is deliberately small: a hobby-roasting project focused on learning, experimentation and sharing the good batches.
Why I roast
A practical way to keep learning.
Roasting turns a simple cup of coffee into a long trail of questions: where the coffee grew, how it was processed, how heat changes it and what makes a roast sweet, clear or quietly comforting.
I roast on an Aillio Bullet in small batches. That scale makes room for attention and experimentation—adjusting a profile, tasting the result and learning what to try next. There is no factory line or grand brand story here, just a careful hobby and coffee I’m happy to share when a batch is ready.
If a coffee looks interesting, send an order request. I’ll confirm what is available and arrange pickup or delivery personally.
